Summer Art Camp Returns to the Old Jail – July 21–25, 2025

The Iredell Arts Council is excited to announce the return of Summer Art Camp 2025, hosted by Artist Escape and led by beloved local artists and educators Josh Dickens and Janice Alverson.
This week-long camp invites young artists to dive into hands-on creative exploration, build skills, and express themselves in a fun and encouraging environment. Whether your child is picking up a paintbrush for the first time or is already a sketchbook regular, this camp is designed to nurture creativity, confidence, and community.
Camp Schedule:
AM Session: Grades 1–5 | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
PM Session: Grades 6–12 | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
AM Session: Grades 1–5 | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
PM Session: Grades 6–12 | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Each session is capped at 25 students to ensure personalized attention and ample studio space.
Cost: $150 per child + $50 supply fee (includes all materials for the week)
