Iredell Arts Council Celebrating Young Talent: Middle School & High School Art Show
Statesville, NC – The Iredell Arts Council hosted an inspiring Middle School & High School Art Show, showcasing the incredible creativity and talent of young artists from across the county. The event, held on March 5th, brought together students, families, and art enthusiasts for a night of celebration and recognition.
Thanks to the generous support of Kelly Smith and the team at Kewaunee Scientific Corporation, the Iredell Arts Council awarded scholarship money to outstanding student artists, honoring their dedication and artistic achievement.

“We are so proud of the talent in our community,” said Sydney Koppelmeyer, Executive Director of the Iredell Arts Council. “These young artists bring fresh perspectives and creativity, and we are grateful to Kewaunee for making it possible to recognize their hard work.”
The Iredell Arts Council also wants to acknowledge our incredible Iredell County art teachers. Their passion, guidance, and encouragement help these students grow as artists and share their creativity with the world. The arts are such an important part of our schools, and we’re so lucky to have teachers who champion their students.
The Iredell Arts Council remains committed to fostering artistic expression and supporting young talent in the community. The youth art show will be on display until March 28th at 203 S.
